The Administrator Module in Route gives you a complete overview of your company’s operations, drivers, and buses.
Everything is gathered in one place – from reports and alerts to settings and vehicle data – so you are always on top of both daily operations and long-term planning.

Training and regulations

As an administrator, you have access to the driver training module. Here you can ensure that everyone is up to date on current regulations – such as driving and rest times – reducing the risk of mistakes and fines.

Fault reports and maintenance

All faults and damages reported by drivers are collected in the system. You get a clear overview of which buses need service, so you can plan maintenance in time and keep your fleet ready for operation.

Workday deviations

As an administrator, you can view and manage deviations reported by drivers. These may include issues related to work environment, vehicle damage, threats or violence, or traffic-related incidents. Everything is logged in one place, allowing you to act quickly and keep proper documentation.

Crisis management

In emergencies, the system enables immediate support. Administrators get a clear overview of who needs help and can initiate the necessary measures without delay.

The system notifies you of violations, such as missing driver cards or other breaches of regulations. You can also view alerts directly from vehicles – for example, if there are breathalyzer anomalies or missing driver card uploads.
